1 General Provisions

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

dp333 accepts only the payment methods listed below. A minimum amount applies to each method:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Deposits will only be sent to the account registered under the same name.
• Required wagering conditions must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.
• dp333 reserves the right to request additional verification for suspicious or unusual transactions.
• If fraudulent transactions are proven, the associated funds will be forfeited.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus Terms

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Bonus example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or deposit ৳22,000 and receive a ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.
• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.
• The welcome bonus can be received only once per new account.

General Bonus Policy

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements are completed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Bonuses may be forfeited if suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or attempts to gain advantage through multiple accounts are detected.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

• If a connection is lost during a game, the outcome of the ongoing round will be determined according to server logs.
• For sports betting, if an erroneous odds is identified after odds confirmation, dp333 reserves the right to recalculate or void bets at the correct odds.
